Welcome to Canyon Lake Island Subdivision on Canyon Lake, in the Texas Hill Country. Canyon Lake Island Property Owners Association, CLIPOA, is the governing body, rather than a mandatory owners association. CLIPOA is a voluntary organization.
Dues are $100.00 per year for improved lots and $50 per year for unimproved lots. CLIPOA meets two times each year in March and October at 2:00 PM. The meetings typically last 60-90 minutes.
CLIPOA is community oriented and welcomes property owner input.
About Us
We enjoy a warm and friendly community! Informally meeting on the streets as we walk our dogs and ourselves. Some of us meet regularly for a monthly book club.
Spontaneous potlucks at the lake shore are known to happen as well. "National Night Out " is formally observed with our subdivision neighbors at Kings Point the first Tuesday in October, and each year we enjoy a Christmas party at one of our neighbor's homes.
